Job Description:

Our client provides industrial capital machinery to sectors such as Biomedical, Aerospace, Automotive, and various others. This equipment is employed in the testing of materials used in manufacturing, including metals, plastics, composites, and biomedical materials. You will play a crucial role in shaping, creating, and upkeeping the company's Field Service Management business systems throughout Europe.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field
2. Two to three years of experience in an analytical role supporting a Service operation
3. Experience with Field Service Management systems
4. SQL report writing experience
5. Good project management skills and understanding of the project management lifecycle
6. Strong working knowledge of data analysis tools, such as Power BI

Responsibilities:

1. Analysing Service business needs and identifying Service business problems
2. Proposing solutions to Service business problems and simplifying Service business processes
3. Developing Field Service Management (FSM) system documentation including requirements documents, use cases, user stories, workflows, test scenarios, test cases, training materials, and other documents related to the activities of the Service business
4. Managing small projects or aspects of larger projects in the implementation of new functionality, FSM system rollout to a new site, etc.
5. Engaging with the Service team and the IT team to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and forecasts; involves performing data analysis and data aggregation using Power BI and other data analysis tools
6. Providing day to day Service user support of the business management systems
7. Work abroad
