Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security Group is seeking a Security Service Engineer to cover Coventry, Warwick and surrounding areas. You will inspect, maintain and repair security systems across a regional patch, while delivering expert technical guidance to clients and responding to service calls to maintain safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting security systems for commercial and domestic sites.
• Ability to plan and perform maintenance and repairs across a region.
• Provide technical advice on security best practices.
• Respond quickly to service calls and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Routine Inspections: inspect security systems at a range of customers, from commercial to domestic.
• Performing Maintenance and Repairs: plan your day, field based, visiting customer premises across the region.
• Providing Technical Advice: offer guidance to customers on security best practices.
• Responding to Service Calls: engineers respond to customer requests for service and resolve issues promptly.
