Job summary

Huntress is seeking a Field Sampling & Customer Service Representative to manage a local driving route, visit customer properties and commercial sites, and collect water samples for on-site and laboratory analysis.

The role requires a valid driving licence, strong customer service skills, and good IT literacy for logging data. Right to work in the UK is required; flexible, customer-facing work with on-site engagement.

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and organised Field Sampling & Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of the company. You will drive a dedicated local route, visit customer properties and commercial sites

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• On the Road: Plan and drive your daily route to collect water samples and deliver them safely to theirlaboratory time.
• Customer Service: Speak with customers at their properties, politely explaining the sampling process and answering any quick questions.
• Hands-on Testing: Perform simple, routine on-site quality tests
• Data & Tech: Complete digital paperwork accurately and log your findings

What You'll Need (Skills & Experience)

• A valid driving licence (Essential).
• Excellent customer service skills-you are polite, helpful, and comfortable speaking to the public.
• Good IT literacy-you are confident using computers, smartphones, or tablets to log data.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills to complete paperwork
