Job summary

Huntress Search Ltd is seeking a Field Sampling & Customer Service Representative to drive a local route, visit customer properties and commercial sites, and be the face of the company on the road.

This temporary role involves collecting water samples, delivering them to the laboratory, performing simple on-site tests, and logging data via digital paperwork while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• A valid driving licence (Essential).
• Excellent customer service skills-you are polite, helpful, and comfortable speaking to the public.
• Good IT literacy-you are confident using computers, smartphones, or tablets to log data.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills to complete paperwork.

Responsibilities

• On the Road: Plan and drive your daily route to collect water samples and deliver them safely to their laboratory.
• Customer Service: Speak with customers at their properties, politely explaining the sampling process and answering any quick questions.
• Hands-on Testing: Perform simple, routine on-site quality tests

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and organised Field Sampling & Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of the company. You will drive a dedicated local route, visit customer properties and commercial sites
