Qualifications

• Valid driving licence is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills; polite, helpful and confident speaking to the public.
• Good IT literacy; comfortable using computers, smartphones or tablets to log data.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills to complete paperwork.

Responsibilities

• On the Road: Plan and drive your daily route to collect water samples and deliver them to the laboratory time.
• Customer Service: Speak with customers at their properties, politely explaining the sampling process and answering questions.
• Hands-on Testing: Perform simple, routine on-site quality tests.
• Data & Tech: Complete digital paperwork accurately and log your findings.
