Yepoda is a fast-growing clean K-Beauty brand based in London. We are building our first field team, and this role sits inside Sephora UK as a field-based commercial specialist, focused on driving sell-out and sustaining brand presentation in-store.

You will train Sephora Beauty Advisors, own relationships with store managers, and lead education events across five London doors. The role is 5 days a week, with occasional travel and weekend coverage; starts in October on a fixed-term contract with

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in prestige cosmetic sales; Sephora experience preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sell-out and train retail staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Based in London with UK work eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Own sell-out across five Sephora doors in London.
• Train Sephora Beauty Advisors on products and routines.
• Coach staff on selling techniques and cross-selling.
• Deliver launch education for new products.
• Maintain flawless brand presentation and stock levels.
• Provide weekly field reports.
• Relay competitor activity to shape commercial plans.
