Sephora UK is seeking an Area Manager to lead a portfolio of stores in West London, driving exceptional performance across people, client experience, and commercial results. You will recruit, develop, and retain leadership talent, partner with Store Leaders to exceed sales targets, and translate commercial strategies into action while supporting growth
