This role is field-based, requires 1:1 coaching, setting clear goals, and sharing our tariffs and products with confidence, building a high-performance team that meets sales targets and grows with the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in face-to-face sales or customer-focused environments.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Proven leadership that inspires and supports others.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Ownership mindset with drive to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field-based sales team at venues most days.
• Identify and win new business and meet targets.
• Coach team with 1:1s, set goals, give feedback.
• Promote Octopus tariffs, tech and products with confidence.
