Affinity Personnel is recruiting a Field-Based Card Payment Specialist covering Tunbridge Wells (TN) and Canterbury (CT) postcodes. The role focuses on face-to-face B2B sales of merchant services with pre-qualified appointments and self-sourced leads, delivering solutions and fast-paced closing of new merchant accounts.

The base salary is £50,000 with a £6,000 car allowance and an OTE of £95,000. Top performers earn £200,000+ in a high-autonomy environment across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience selling merchant services or card payment solutions.
• Face-to-face B2B sales expertise in a field-based role.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsabilités

• Attend pre-booked, qualified appointments with SMBs.
• Self-source leads and prospect where needed to fill diary.
• Qualify, pitch and close new merchant accounts.
• Sell broadband-enabled card payment solutions with competitive pricing.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline within territory and deliver consultative presentations.
• Aim to meet weekly/monthly targets (typically 5+ terminals per week).

Are you a high-performing sales professional who thrives on closing deals and building strong relationships? We are working with one of the UK’s largest and most respected merchant services providers to recruit ambitious Field-Based Card Payment Specialists.

This is a high-reward, high-autonomy role with a strong flow of pre-qualified appointments provided, alongside the opportunity to generate additional business through self-sourcing. You will take ownership of your territory, focus on face-to-face selling, and be rewarded with uncapped earnings based on performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Attend pre-booked, qualified appointments with small and medium-sized businesses
• Supplement your diary through self-generated leads, including in-field prospecting and cold calling where required
• Qualify, pitch, and close new merchant accounts independently
• Sell modern, broadband-enabled, contactless card payment solutions with competitive, capped terminal rental pricing
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-potential merchants within your territory
• Deliver professional, consultative sales presentations tailored to each business
• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, typically 5+ terminals per week
