Base pay range

Job title: Field Sales Specialist (B2C)

Locations: London / Bristol / Sheffield / Manchester / Liverpool / Glasgow / Newcastle

Salary: £28,000 base plus On Target Commission c£20,000-£45,000 per annum which is currently being achieved

* As this is a field-based sales role, working hours are Monday to Friday 11.30am-8pm*

About the role

As a Residential Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales and raising awareness in Hyperoptic service-connected buildings. You will be the face and voice of our brand to potential customers, conducting face-to-face selling, delivering promotional materials, building rapport, representing the company at events, educating customers about our products, and collecting feedback.

Your KPIs will include knocking on 100 doors per day and converting 3 sales. Opportunities for promotion based on sales performance exist, along with potential flexibility for 1 day of home working depending on company needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Meet or exceed sales targets and improve conversion rates.
  2. Complete scheduled visits daily.
  3. Maximize each customer interaction.
  4. Act as a brand ambassador.
  5. Demonstrate company values in interactions.
  6. Present the benefits of our services clearly.
  7. Promote Hyperoptic's product and service advantages.
  8. Collect customer feedback regarding our brand, products, pricing, and competitors.
Candidate Requirements
  • Good academic record.
  • Experience in sales, especially explaining services or products to customers.
  • Experience handling complaints and feedback.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
  • Ambitious and comfortable with sales targets.
