Job Description: Sales Role at ADP UK
Join ADP, a global leader in cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions, as a sales professional focused on the UK market. This role offers the infrastructure, presence, and brand to facilitate global conversations with organizations, primarily targeting prospects with 350 to 1499 employees in the UK and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute your territory plan in collaboration with sales leadership.
- Identify prospects and manage contact programs using available tools.
- Arrange and conduct virtual and in-person meetings and demonstrations.
- Coordinate with internal resources to run deals effectively and maximize success.
- Work with pre-sales teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Present product and service solutions to meet prospect needs.
- Maintain and update the CRM database and adhere to sales processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 5 years of sales experience in service-based offerings, preferably in technology or HR.
- Minimum 2 years of UK field sales experience with a valid UK Right to Work and full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience with various sales channels, including online outreach, social selling, cold calling, and events.
- A proven track record of exceeding annual net new business quotas of £300k-£400k.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing deals over £20k in annual revenue with mid-market companies.
- Experience selling multi-country products is a plus but not essential.
