Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is hiring a Field Sales Representative to drive sales within an existing customer base and develop new opportunities. You will focus on independent shops, pubs, bars, and eateries, promoting our brands and solutions with data-driven insight.

The role requires a UK driving license, eligibility to work in the UK, and a willingness to travel within a 60-minute commute. Training and tools are provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Has a UK driving license or equivalent and eligible to work in the UK.
• Experience in Retail or FMCG is preferred but not essential.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills for turning conversations into sales.
• Proficient with digital tools including iPhone/iPad to support sales.

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our inclusive and vibrant team.

This full-time field sales role comes with a salary of £30,221 and many compelling benefits.

About Your Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities whilst becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. The customers you will be interacting with will vary by location, but typically include a mixture of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes. You will focus on promoting our brands and solutions using data and insights that align with business objectives. You will report into the Field Sales Manager.

• You would need a UK driving license or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and living within a 60-minute commute from the location of the role.


• Experience within Retail or FMCG, while preferred it is not essential.

• Influencing and negotiation skills, experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact-based conversations.

• Some manual handling of products and/or equipment at the point of sale.


• Proficiency in using digital technologies, such as iPhone and iPad, to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.

• Ability to grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.


• Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively.
