Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Bath to deliver sales targets within an existing customer base while expanding new business opportunities. You will become an expert in the soft drinks category and promote our brands to a mix of independent stores, pubs, bars, restaurants and cafés.

The role requires a UK driving license, eligibility to work in the UK, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset with strong digital skills.

Qualifications

• UK driving licence or equivalent, eligible to work in the UK, and living within a 60‑minute commute from the location.
• Retail or FMCG experience is preferred but not essential.
• Comprehensive training and tools/support provided to succeed.
• Influencing and negotiation skills to drive sales with customers.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with outlet owners, managers and buyers.
• Team player who shares learning and supports team success.
• Some manual handling of products/equipment at the point of sale.
• Proficiency with digital tech (iPhone/iPad) to support sales.
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet sales targets.
• Ability to grow business through digital engagement.
• Strong prioritisation skills.

Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our inclusive and vibrant team.

This full-time field sales role comes with a salary of £30,221 and many compelling benefits.

About Your Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities whilst becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. The customers you will be interacting with will vary by location, but typically include a mixture of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes. You will focus on promoting our brands and solutions using data and insights that align with business objectives. You will report into the Field Sales Manager.
