Your role as a full-time, permanent team member will be representing Unilever's ice cream brands, including Ben & Jerry's, Walls, and Magnum.

As part of the Dee Set team, you will work to enhance Unilever's ice cream brand performance, awareness, and availability across various UK small-format grocery retailers. You will visit retail stores within a defined territory, responsible for driving distribution, availability, sales, and brand engagement using our data tools.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Visit grocery and convenience stores to build relationships with key decision-makers and add value to the store.
• Use data tools to identify insights and implement targeted interventions to improve product distribution and availability.
• Negotiate with store decision-makers to ensure maximum distribution and availability of Unilever Ice Cream brands, increasing sales and brand awareness.
• Identify problems, opportunities, and gather retailer and competitor intelligence in-store.
• Follow Dee Set's proven processes to make a difference for our clients.
• Conduct professional and efficient store visits.
• Record all information accurately on an iPad using our bespoke software system.

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• A great communicator who can build credible relationships in stores.
• Motivated to build high-standard brand awareness and driven by results.
• Capable of executing store-level results effectively.
• Data-driven with the ability to analyze data to drive results.
• Holding a full, current UK manual driving license.
