Teya is seeking a field-based sales professional located in the Midlands to join our rapidly growing sales team. You will identify and engage potential customers, understand their needs, and propose Teya solutions.

The role emphasizes coaching, onboarding and hands-on development within a high-performing, fast-scaling business. You don’t need a formal sales track record; we hire for potential, drive and mindset.

Formación

• Fluency in English is essential.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
• Field-based sales role with Midlands focus.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify and engage prospective customers within your defined territory through outreach, networking, referrals and face to face meetings.
• Meet business owners to understand their needs, challenges and goals, and recommend relevant Teya products and solutions.
• Learn and apply Teya’s value-led sales methodology to win new business and achieve performance targets.
• Develop positive, long-term customer relationships that support market penetration, growth and retention.
• Develop strong knowledge across Teya’s products and solutions through our structured training programme.
• Share insights from the field to help improve our products and customer experience.
• Represent Teya as a credible, professional and values-led ambassador within your territory.
