Teya, a growing financial platform for local businesses, is seeking a field-based sales professional to join our Midlands team. You’ll build relationships with cafés, shops and service providers, learning our value-led approach while driving new business.

This role focuses on territory development, onboarding, and meeting performance targets through proactive outreach, networking, and face-to-face meetings. Training and coaching are emphasized for rapid progression.

Formación

• Hunger and coachability are valued over a proven track record.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Fluent English is essential for communication with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify and engage prospective customers in your defined territory.
• Meet business owners to understand needs and goals, and recommend Teya products.
• Learn and apply Teya's value-led sales methodology to win new business.
• Develop long-term customer relationships to support growth and retention.
• Represent Teya as a professional, values-led ambassador in your territory.
