Field Sales Solutions is seeking a Field Sales Representative to work with Ferrero Grocery. You will cultivate relationships with major retailers, drive shelf visibility, and use data to influence listings and promotions across a defined territory.

The role offers a £27,000 base salary plus an 11.5% bonus potential, a company car, tablet, mobile, and comprehensive benefits. You will typically work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, visiting stores in Towcester and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Strong communication, negotiation and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with mínimo supervision.
• Experience in FMCG or field sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with major Grocery customers such as Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda and Morrisons.

Field Sales Solutions, a leading field marketing company, is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team and work with Ferrero, one of the fastest-growing FMCG companies in the UK. Ferrero's iconic brands include Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Nutella, Tic Tac, Thornton's, Fox's, and Burton's Biscuits.

Salary

£27,000 + 11.5% Bonus + Company Car & Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with major Grocery customers such as Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda & Morrisons.


• Drive visibility and availability for Ferrero's brand portfolio within stores.


• Use sales data to engage key decision-makers and influence listings, orders, and promotions.


• Identify new opportunities to grow brand presence and increase sales in the stores you visit.
