Field Sales Solutions in Shrewsbury is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive Ferrero brand visibility in major Grocery accounts. You will manage relationships with Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda and Morrisons, while promoting Ferrero’s iconic brands across the stores in your territory.

The role offers a base salary of £27,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus up to 11.5%. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and full UK driving eligibility.

Field Sales Representative - Ferrero Grocery! Field Sales Solutions, a leading field marketing company, is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team and work with Ferrero, one of the fastest-growing FMCG companies in the UK. Ferrero's iconic brands include Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Nutella, Tic Tac, Thornton's, Fox’s, and Burton's Biscuits.

Location: Shrewsbury

Territory: CW1, CW10, CW5, CW7, ST5, SY11, SY12, SY13, TF9

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with major Grocery customers such as Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda & Morrisons.
• Drive visibility and availability for Ferrero’s brand portfolio within stores.
• Use sales data to engage key decision-makers and influence listings, orders, and promotions.
• Identify new opportunities to grow brand presence and increase sales in the stores you visit.
