Job summary

YouFibre Limited in Avonmouth is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive new broadband connections door-to-door. You will manage your own pipeline, hit targets and represent a fast-growing telecom brand.

You’ll enjoy a basic salary of £25,000 with uncapped commission (OTE £50K), a £250 monthly vehicle allowance, and paid travel. The role rewards confidence, networking and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving license with access to your own vehicle.
• Solid sales experience, ideally in a face-to-face role.

Responsibilities

• Door-to-door outreach, speaking to residents and helping them switch to broadband.
• Manage your own sales pipeline and convert conversations into customers.
• Drive performance by hitting and exceeding targets.
• Build relationships within the local community and internally.

Sales experience is a bonus. Confidence, drive and great people skills are what really matter.

What you will be doing:

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently.
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring:

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• Sales experience is a bonus but experience in fast-paced customer focused, and hospitality roles is great too.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
