Salary:£28,000, ability to increase to £40,000 within the first year,
+ A Company Car, iPad, iPhone, Fuel Card,Uncapped commission – OTE £12,000, top performing OTE £60,000.
Location:Field based
Hours:40 hours – flexible in timings

Key responsibilities of an Field Sales Representative

• Engage with your clients employees at their pre-booked workplaces, to offerbenefits packages and available insurance products to individual employees.
• Ensure sales targets and KPIs are reached in line with company expectations.
• Ensure smooth and complete registration of customers to products
• Ensure high levels of customer engagement to clients and their employees throughout product roll out.

• Confident and outgoing, with a passion for meeting new people
• Full UK driving license and the ability to travel with ease
• Self-motivated with strong personal integrity
