Job summary

AG Barr is seeking a Business Development Representative to cover a field-based territory in Cheshire. You will drive distribution, manage relationships with retailers, and work within a national field sales team to grow our core and energy brands.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate a customer-focused mindset with target-driven results.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and influence retailers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively distribute AG Barr core brands and educate retailers on hero/core/more ranges to grow sales.
• Meet sales KPIs, improve market share, display placement, availability, and scorecards with data-backed insights.
• Deliver distribution plans for the Energy Portfolio and capitalise on growth opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with customers, act as trusted advisor and support with re-merchandising where needed.
• Communicate brand plans with attention to detail for impactful POS at purchase points.
