Job summary

AG Barr is seeking a proactive Field-based Business Development Representative to grow our brands across a defined territory in Cheshire and Wrexham. You will drive distribution, educate retailers on our core and energy brands, and work to hit key KPIs through effective route planning and POS execution.

You’ll join a National Field Sales Team, collaborating with colleagues to maximise growth and ensure retailers receive excellent support and representation for AG Barr products.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
• Experience in field sales or retail/onsite account management is preferred.
• Ability to use data to track performance and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive distribution and availability of AG Barr brands in a defined territory.
• Achieve sales KPIs including market share, display placement and availability.
• Support and grow presence of the Energy Portfolio distribution plan.
