Job summary

YouFibre in Gravesend is recruiting a Field Sales Executive to build your own pipeline, drive new customer sign-ups, and own performance in the local area.

You’ll earn £25,000–£28,000 base per year plus uncapped commission with an OTE of around £50K, plus a £250 monthly car allowance and business travel paid. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, UK driving license required.

Qualifications

• Solid field sales experience.
• Ability to build relationships in the local community.
• Experience in door-to-door or field-based selling is a plus.
• Motivated by targets and earnings.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them switch to broadband you can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently.
• Building relationships with the local community and internal teams.
