Job summary

YouFibre is seeking a Field Sales Executive in the Faversham area to grow our customer base through door-to-door visits, engaging residents and guiding them to switch to our high-speed broadband. You’ll manage your own sales pipeline, drive performance, and build lasting community relationships with a confident, personable approach.

The role offers a base salary of £25,000–£28,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £50K) and a car allowance, with 25 days holiday, pension, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work towards targets and demonstrate motivation.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
• Good time management and ability to manage a field schedule.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance – hitting and exceeding your targets consistently.
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.
