Job summary

YouFibre is hiring a Field Sales Executive in Folkestone. You will be out in the community, speaking with residents and guiding them through the switch to broadband you can trust.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a car, with a base salary of £25,000–£28,000 plus uncapped commission. You will be responsible for managing your own pipeline, hitting targets, and developing relationships within the local area.

Qualifications

• Must have a full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Solid sales experience, ideally in face-to-face roles.
• Driven to meet and exceed targets with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Out in the field, going door-to-door to speak with residents and help them switch to broadband you can rely on.
• Manage your own pipeline and convert conversations into customers.
• Drive performance by consistently hitting and exceeding targets.
• Build relationships with customers and local community, plus internal teams.
• Be open to feedback, eager to learn and adapt your approach.
