Job summary

CPM United Kingdom Limited is seeking a Sales Development Executive to drive sales and enhance in-store presence for Haleon brands in grocery retail. This field-based role covers Acton, Cricklewood, Harrow, Hounslow, Slough, Southall, Watford and surrounding areas, with a 37.5 hour week and a £30,500 base plus 10% bonus.

A UK driving licence is essential. The role focuses on merchandising, promotions and retailer relationships to maximise brand visibility and compliant campaigns across stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising, stock replenishment or planogram compliance.
• Self-motivated with strong organisation and communication skills.
• Field-based role covering multiple grocery stores across the specified territory.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store activities including merchandising and displays.
• Visit scheduled stores and report KPIs and compliance.
• Capture data and photos using reporting tools.
• Build relationships with store managers to unlock opportunities.
• Manage your territory with strong organisation and accountability.
• Deliver confident customer service and professional communication.
• Adapt to changing campaigns and drive improvements.
• Represent CPM and Haleon with integrity and results.
