CPM UK is seeking a driven Sales Development Executive to represent Haleon in Newtownabbey and surrounding areas. This field-based role involves driving product availability, visibility, and compliance in grocery channels, with a focus on brands like Sensodyne, Advil, and Centrum.

The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a £28,000 base salary plus 10% bonus, company vehicle, pension, and tech gear. A valid UK driving licence is essential.

Responsabilités

• Execute in-store activities to maximise brand visibility and sales
• Complete scheduled store visits aligned with client briefs and KPIs
• Capture data and photos using reporting tools
• Build strong relationships with store managers and colleagues to secure opportunities
• Manage territory with organisation and accountability
• Deliver confident professional customer service
• Adapt to changing campaigns and pursue improvements
