Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Sales Development Executive to drive category presence in grocery and key retail channels. This field-based role offers a base salary of £30,500 plus a 10% bonus, plus a company car, tablet and mobile.

Located in the London area, the role requires a UK driving licence and the ability to manage a territory. Ideal candidates are highly organised, self-motivated, and focused on delivering measurable improvements in in-store availability and visibility.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage a field-based sales territory.
• Experience with merchandising and in-store promotions is a plus.
• Driver’s licence valid in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store activities including merchandising, POS implementation, promotional displays, and FSDU builds to maximise brand visibility and sales.
• Complete scheduled store visits in line with client briefs, KPIs, and compliance standards.
• Capture accurate data, insights, and photographic evidence using digital reporting tools.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and colleagues to secure incremental opportunities and enhance brand presence.
• Manage your own territory effectively, demonstrating strong organisation, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Communicate confidently and professionally while delivering excellent customer service.
• Adapt to changing campaign requirements and identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the company and client with integrity, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset.

CPM is looking for a Sales Development Executive to join our new team representing Haleon within the grocery retail sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive sales and enhance the in-store presence of market-leading healthcare brands, including Sensodyne, Advil, and Centrum. £30,500 + 10% bonus PA, car, tablet and mobile. This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs per week.

Ideal location: Uxbridge, United Kingdom, UB8

Territory covering: Acton, Cricklewood, Harrow, Hounslow, Slough, Southall, Watford and surrounding areas

A driver’s licence that enables you to drive in the UK is essential.

About the Role

What We’re Looking For

• Confident using smartphone apps, including photo upload and reporting tools.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Adaptable, reliable, and results-driven.
• Previous field merchandising, retail, or sales experience and/or experience working within grocery or FMCG environments would be advantageous but not essential.
