Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Sales Development Executive to drive in-store presence across grocery and key retail channels. This field-based role involves merchandising, promotions, and building strong retailer relationships to maximise visibility and sales.

You will manage your own territory, reporting data and insights while delivering high standards of customer service. Experience in retail or FMCG is advantageous, UK driver’s license essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store merchandising, POS implementation and promotional displays.
• Complete scheduled store visits aligned with client briefs and KPIs.
• Capture data, insights and photos using digital reporting tools.
• Build strong relationships with store managers to broaden opportunities.
• Manage territory with organization and accountability.
• Communicate confidently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Adapt to campaign changes and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Represent the company and Haleon with integrity and results focus.
