Job summary

CPM Limited is recruiting a Sales Development Executive to represent Haleon across grocery and key retail channels in the UK. The role focuses on driving product availability, visibility, and in-store compliance for brands like Sensodyne, Advil, and Centrum.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising, stock replenishment, or planogram compliance.
• Pharmacy or consumer healthcare brands experience is a plus.
• Driver's license valid in the UK is essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store activities including merchandising, POS implementation, promotional displays, and FSDU builds to maximise brand visibility and sales.
• Complete scheduled store visits in line with client briefs, KPIs, and compliance standards.
• Capture accurate data, insights, and photographic evidence using digital reporting tools.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and colleagues to secure incremental opportunities and enhance brand presence.
• Manage your own territory effectively, demonstrating strong organisation, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Communicate confidently and professionally while delivering excellent customer service.
• Adapt to changing campaign requirements and identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the company and client with integrity, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset.
