Job summary

Integra Outsourcing is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth in roofing products and accessories across South East, South Central & Thames Valley. This field-based role focuses on merchant networks, training, and proactive account management to boost sales and product awareness.

You will manage relationships with builders' merchants and roofing contractors, promoting membranes, dry fix systems, eaves and ventilation products while delivering training and trade events.

Qualifications

• You will already have field sales experience, preferably gained from within or around the construction industry.
• Experience selling through merchants and distributors would be advantageous, but not essential.
• With a proactive, self-motivated and target-driven approach, together with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A stable career history and desire to build a long-term career within construction sales would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• A field-based territory sales role promoting a leading range of roofing products and accessories
• Promoting a comprehensive portfolio that includes breathable and non-breathable roofing membranes, dry fix systems, eaves and brick ventilation, and cavity products
• You’ll be strengthening relationships whilst increasing product awareness amongst national and independent builders' and roofing merchants
• Delivering product training, trade days, toolbox talks and carrying out dual visits to help increase sales
• Supporting your merchant network by influencing of roofing contractors and developers, with all business back-sold through your account base
