Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Woodford area. You will visit customers, build relationships, and sell medical and hazardous waste services. This field-based role requires daily travel and a UK driving licence, with a competitive base salary and bonus scheme.

The role offers a 37.5-hour week, full-time permanent status, and a relocation-friendly package plus company benefits and ongoing training. Your proactive approach will help grow our customer base.

Qualifications

Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Excellent problem solver.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
Background in retail or sales is advantageous.
You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role.

Responsibilities

Visit new and existing customers in the field and build relationships.
Sell our medical and hazardous waste services to customers.
Manage a portfolio of existing customers and follow up on new opportunities from inquiries and leads.
Travel daily to client sites and maintain high levels of service.
