Rentokil Initial Careers is recruiting for an Initial Medical Business Development Manager to join the Woodford branch on a full-time, field-based basis. You will visit both new and existing customers, build relationships and sell medical and hazardous waste services while managing your own schedule.

The role requires daily travel and a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service. A competitive package includes a base salary of £27,228 plus £1,000 London Weighting, with an expected OTE

Qualifikationen

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Excellent problem solver.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Background in retail or sales advantageous for face-to-face customer work.
• DBS check may be required depending on role.

Aufgaben

• Visit new and existing customers in the field to build relationships and sell medical and hazardous waste services.
• Manage a portfolio of customers and pursue new sales opportunities via enquiries and internal leads.
• Travel daily to customer sites and provide high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
