Rentokil Initial is hiring a field-based Business Development Manager in the Woodford area. You will visit new and existing customers, build relationships, and sell medical and hazardous waste services. Daily travel is required, with a strong emphasis on delivering excellent customer service and solutions on-site.

The role offers a competitive basic salary with London weighting, achievable bonus/commission, a company vehicle, and substantial benefits. Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Excellent problem solver.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Background in retail or sales is advantageous for face-to-face interactions.

Responsabilités

• Visit new and existing customers to sell medical and hazardous waste services.
• Build relationships and manage sales opportunities from inquiries and internal leads.
• Travel daily to customer sites and ensure high customer satisfaction.
