Job summary

phs Hygiene is seeking a field-based Sales Account Manager to grow and protect customer accounts while acquiring new business across a regional UK territory. You will develop strategic sales plans, forecast targets, and use CRM systems to manage opportunities, balancing high activity with strategic focus.

The right candidate will be highly energetic, resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

Grow and protect existing customer accounts with annual spend between £3,000 and £35,000.
Acquire new customers across the regional territory.
Develop a strategic plan to Protect, Grow and Acquire business in the defined territory.
Accurately forecast and deliver against New Business and Retention targets.
Represent phs with new customers at the appropriate level.
Focus on the quality and efficiency of sales activity, not just quantity.
Use the CRM system to manage and develop opportunities.
