Red Rock Consultants Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive to cover the Midlands region for paints and coatings. This predominantly field-based role involves winning new business and developing customer relationships, with remote/home working when not visiting customers.

The position focuses ~70% on new business development and ~30% on account management, offering a base salary up to £45,000 plus commission and a company car.

Formación

• Proven track record in sales with a focus on acquiring new business.
• Experience in wood coatings and finishes is advantageous.
• Experience selling to manufacturing and finishing sectors is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell wood coatings and finishes to existing and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and develop long-term partnerships.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while prioritising new customer acquisition.
• Provide customers with product information, technical support and advice where required.
• Negotiate value-based terms and close deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Work toward agreed sales targets and contribute to growth plans.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and opportunities.
