Job summary

YouFibre is seeking a Field Sales Executive in Manchester to drive new customer sign-ups for our broadband services. You’ll be out in the community, door-to-door, building relationships and turning conversations into customers while managing your own pipeline and hitting targets.

We offer a base salary of £25,000–£28,000 per year with uncapped commission (OTE £50K), plus £250 per month car allowance, a robust induction, pension contributions, and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Solid sales experience in field or face-to-face settings.
• Ability to build relationships and convert conversations into customers.
• Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them switch to broadband.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance – hitting and exceeding targets.
• Building relationships with the local community and internally within the team.
• Open to feedback, eager to learn and adapt your approach.
