Job summary

YouFibre Limited in Burnley is seeking a Field Sales Executive to grow our customer base with doorstep conversations and personalised broadband offers. You will own your pipeline, meet residents, present compelling deals, and drive performance to exceed targets.

A transparent uncapped commission structure (OTE £50K) complements a £25K base, with a monthly car allowance and full-time hours. You'll need a clean UK driving license and access to a vehicle to cover local neighbourhoods and build

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Proven sales experience, ideally in a face-to-face role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Door-to-door sales in local area and speak to residents to switch to broadband.
• Manage your own pipeline and convert conversations into customers.
• Hit and exceed targets consistently.
• Build relationships with the local community and internal teams.
• Be open to feedback and adapt your approach.
