Job summary

Field Sales Executive role in Birmingham with a fast-moving broadband provider. You will spend time in residential areas, meeting potential customers face-to-face and developing your own sales pipeline to convert opportunities into new business.

You will be responsible for achieving targets, building relationships in the local community and working independently to maximise earnings through an uncapped commission structure. The role offers a competitive base and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred, field-based.
• Proven ability to work towards targets and deliver results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident to approach people and build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and able to manage own diary and workload.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential areas and engage customers through door-to-door sales.
• Introduce customers to broadband services and understand their needs.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline from initial conversation to conversion.
• Plan your time independently to maximise sales opportunities.
• Work towards and exceed agreed sales targets.
• Develop relationships with customers and be a trusted local presence.
• Collaborate with colleagues and maintain positive internal relationships.
• Use coaching and feedback to improve your sales approach.
