Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Field Sales Executive to cover the Kilmarnock and Irvine area, selling our iconic brands to independent and symbol retailers. You will drive merchandising, promotions, and POS execution to maximise shelf presence.

The role requires field sales experience, excellent communication, and a valid driving license. A permanent contract with a 6-month probation and a competitive salary plus bonus is offered, along with a company car and tools for fieldwork.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in FMCG/CPG or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Strong numeracy and analytical abilities to track performance.

Responsibilities

• Sell Cadbury, Oreo, Toblerone and more to independent and symbol retailers.
• Ensure strong visual impact and optimal shelf availability through merchandising.
• Implement and monitor promotional activities and POS materials.
• Report on activities and deliver field KPIs to meet annual targets.
• Travel and drive in the Kilmarnock/Irvine region as required.
