Qualifications

• Sales experience in FMCG/CPG is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong numeracy and analytical abilities
• Perseverance and attention to detail
• A valid driver's license with up to 3 points; comfortable with manual or automatic vehicles

Responsibilities

• Sell Mondelēz brands (Cadbury, Oreo, Toblerone, etc.) into Independent and Symbol retailers.
• Maximize in-store visuals and shelf availability through merchandising
• Implement and monitor promotions and point-of-buy materials
• Provide reporting on activities and field KPIs
• Drive territory sales and meet annual targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
