Job summary

Phoenix 2 Retail are seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive Ignite brand distribution in the UK’s independent retail and wholesale sectors. You will develop new opportunities, build strong retailer relationships and execute in-store campaigns to grow sales in your area.

Based in Watford, you will manage leads, travel across the North London area and collaborate with the Ignite team to optimise launch strategies while hitting ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license is essential.
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales, field or internal, is preferred.
• Keen to work in a fast-paced environment and hit targets.
• Excellent teamwork and an outgoing personality.
• Able to manage time effectively and stay productive.

Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying new distribution points through lead generation.
• Build and nurture relationships with independent retailers & wholesale managers/owners to drive sales.
• Increase Ignite brand awareness via in-store execution and wholesale events.
• Gather market feedback to inform launch strategy and optimization.
• Be the face of Ignite at field level and take ownership of brand success in your area.
