Job summary

Powerforce GB is seeking an Entry Level Field Sales Executive to cover Luton, Dunstable, Stevenage, Hemel Hempstead and surrounds. No prior sales experience is required, with full training and support provided.

You will visit local stores with a company van, learning how sales and brand marketing work in the real world, while building strong relationships with shop owners and staff. OTE £29,760 on £24,800 basic + 20% bonus; 21 days annual leave, benefits, and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Visit independent and convenience stores across your local territory to learn sales and brand marketing in practice.
• Build relationships with store owners and staff to be the main contact.
• Promote products, create displays, and increase brand presence.
• Ensure shelf availability, stock levels and in-store engagement.
• Collaborate with team and share best practices.
