Job summary

Powerforce is seeking an entry-level Field Sales Executive to cover the Luton area and surrounds. You will visit local stores, learn sales and brand marketing on the job, and promote Haribo and Molson Coors products with support from a team.

No prior sales experience is required; we hire for potential. You will receive full training, a company van, and a structured progression path within a supportive Field Marketing team.

Qualifications

• No sales experience required; we hire for potential.
• Confident communicator with good people skills.
• Organised, proactive and keen to learn.
• Full UK manual driving licence held for 12+ months.

Responsibilities

• Visit independent and convenience stores across the local territory to learn how sales and brand marketing work.
• Promote products, build displays and increase brand presence (sales & visibility).
• Support availability, stock levels and in-store engagement (retail execution).
• Share best practice and learn alongside a supportive team (team collaboration).
