Job Description:

Lee Kum Kee is one of the largest Asian sauce brands, known for its authentic Chinese and Asian sauces, including the famous Oyster Sauce. The brand is appreciated by Michelin chefs and families worldwide. Lee Kum Kee Europe aims to bring original Asian flavors to European households and support adventurous cooking in the West.

We are seeking a Chinese-speaking Field Sales Executive with 2 to 3 years of FMCG sales experience and a full UK driving license.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Work with the Business Development Manager to develop sales and distribution programs.
  • Identify key accounts and opportunities for effective regional coverage and monitor performance.
  • Support trade partners in developing in-market sales.
  • Maintain healthy inventory levels at trade partners’ warehouses.
  • Act as a primary contact with trade partners’ sales teams, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Gather and analyze market information to support planning.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for key accounts.
  • Organize in-store sampling activities, including weekend work.
  • Assist in sales planning and manage channel expenditure within budgets.
  • Manage new product launches and distribution efforts.
  • Represent Lee Kum Kee at Chinese trade events and build relationships with trade contacts.
  • Maintain good relationships with trade partners and their sales teams.
  • Update trade customer records and contacts.
  • Plan effective and economical field visits.
  • Support brand reputation and market trends updates.
  • Travel as required.
