Optima Site Solutions Ltd is seeking a Field Sales Executive to build relationships with customers in towns and villages across the North of England and Scotland. You will meet people face-to-face, explain the service benefits, and develop a personal sales pipeline to achieve targets.

The role offers a realistic OTE around £50,000, uncapped commission, and a company car with a fuel card. Full-time, Monday–Friday with optional Saturdays, plus generous holiday and health benefits.

Formación

• Experience in face-to-face sales, including door-to-door, canvassing, or event-based sales.
• Confident, enthusiastic, and enjoy engaging with people.
• Strong communication and ability to handle objections.

Responsabilidades

• Knock on doors and speak to potential customers in pre-setup areas.
• Build your own sales pipeline and hit monthly targets.
• Explain how the new service works and provide full training is available.
• Track activity using HubSpot or similar tools.
• Attend local events and community days to raise awareness.
