Optima Site Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly motivated B2B Field Sales Representative in the UK to win new business and drive revenue. You will balance field meetings with strategic prospecting to expand the client base and close deals with uncapped commission, supported by a company car or car allowance of 5,000.

This full-time permanent role rewards ambitious sales professionals who meet targets, build relationships, and contribute to the growth of a growing organisation.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in B2B field sales with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving license and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective B2B customers.
• Generate leads through networking, prospecting, LinkedIn, and market research.
• Manage opportunities through the CRM system.
• Negotiate and close new business contracts.
• Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide regular updates and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager.
