Huntr is a family-owned workwear supplier seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive the end-to-end sales process in the field across the Northern Home Counties and South Midlands. The role offers £35,000 to £40,000 base salary, with a contract-win bonus and a company car, reflecting the proactive field-based nature of the position.
You’ll develop opportunities from initial contact to understanding client needs, proposing ranges, closing deals and managing accounts post-sale.
Location: Field-based, Northern Home Counties and South Midlands
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000, plus bonus on contracts won and a company car
Ready to move into field sales?
You're good on the phone. You can call someone who isn't expecting it and turn that into a real conversation. Now you want to take that conversation all the way, from the first call, to sitting with the customer working out what they need, to winning the contract.
This role gives you the whole sales process.
A family-owned workwear supplier in Bedfordshire, with a team of over 60 on one site. They supply branded uniform and workwear programmes to businesses, with embroidery, print, stock-holding and dispatch all done in-house. The division has grown steadily over the past three years, and you would be the second person in it.
You'll report to a Head of Sales who took this service to market and grew it, so you're learning from someone who has done the job. You'll be taught the field side properly, from discovery and proposals through to closing, rather than being left to work it out. Early on you'll spend time at the head office learning the products and the production side, before building your own patch.
You're currently in internal sales, telesales, business development or account management in workwear, uniforms, print, promotional products, office supplies or textile services. You'll already know how businesses buy these products and services. What matters is that you're comfortable calling people who aren't expecting it, and you want to own the full sales process.
You'll need a full UK driving licence and to live within reach of Dunstable.
