Job summary

JDR Recruitment is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join a growing business based in Cardiff. You will drive new business, build lasting customer relationships, and tailor solutions for commercial clients.

You will proactively generate new business through visits and cold calling, while maintaining relationships and identifying customer needs to close sales. A driving licence and excellent communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in field sales, telesales or business development.
• Confident in cold calling, face-to-face sales and business development.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially aware.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload.
• Competent using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• A positive, resilient attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

The Role
