Job summary

UK Staffing Group is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to cover Greater Manchester. You’ll come with B2B sales experience, build relationships with business owners, and convert conversations into opportunities, leveraging a warm pipeline and inbound enquiries.

You'll have a base salary up to £45,000 plus commission (up to £2,000/month) and car allowance, with OTE up to £69,000. The role is field-based, autonomous, with strong support from an established brand.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B or field sales experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Confident selling face-to-face to owners/managers.
• Able to manage warm leads and inbound enquiries.
• Able to generate your own appointments.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across Greater Manchester and build relationships with businesses.
• Visit businesses, meet owners and decision makers, identify workforce training needs.
• Manage and convert warm leads, arrange face‑to‑face appointments, visit businesses.
• Develop employer partnerships and match employer needs with suitable candidates.
• Maintain an active pipeline and CRM records, report on activity and results.
